Do the printers you sell have Australian Warranties?
Yes, All the printers we sell come with Australian Warranties.

Are the toners genuine?
We sell both genuine and compatible toners on this website. Check the name for either Genuine or Compatible/Remanufactured.  

Can I pick my order up?  Due to no customer service at our warehouses, we are only able to deliver. 

Do I have to become a member?
No, you can checkout easily as a guest. Use the member signup if you want to login and order with your same details.

Is the stock current?
Stock levels are usually accurate on the website, there is a 24 hour delay on stock updates so if you are concerned, please give us a call.

Can you leave my order if the address is unattended?
we are no authorised to give the courier this permission. To avoid possible redelivery charges we strongly recommend that you send your order to an attended address.

Where are you located?
We have warehouses all over Australia to ensure fast delivery. For more information on the stock location of your item, please give us a call.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept VISA and Mastercard. Credit cards will attract a surcharge (1.5% for Visa/Mastercard). If you would like to avoid a surcharge you can pay via direct deposit or cheque.

Please note that goods will not ship until payment has been received in full. This means that direct deposit and cheque payments will take longer to be shipped.

For direct deposits we recommend email or faxing proof of payment (EFT receipt) so we do not have to wait for payment to clear.

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping costs for printers are calculated by weight. To get an accurate shipping cost you can add the item to the shopping cart checkout and the shipping cost will be located above the total of the order.
